Civil Rights / Criminal Justice System

Protecting our civil and constitutional rights is essential to our safety and opportunity to engage. Amy will advocate keeping funding in our public defense budget and will work with the judicial and corrections departments to explore the broadening of community court models, restorative justice practices, and alternative sentences for people experiencing mental health disorders and chemical dependency.
